Bioactive heterocyclic systems

Abstract

Important fundamental and applied research, aimed at creating of new biologically active compounds, that are used as base materials for the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries, are carried out in Institute of Organic Chemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Conceptual fundamentals for mono- and polyfunctional derivatives of azole and azine systems construction, their chiral and fused analogues are developed. Design, synthesis, bioscreening are realized, compounds-leaders to create products for the treatment of cancer, tuberculosis, ischemic stroke, and diabetes are proposed.
