Abstract

The paper examines the international experience of realization the state innovation policy which is chiefly oriented on mobilization of outer financial and technological resources and directed to broading mostly national resource base for innovative renewal of industry. The substance, preconditions and implements for realization of prior ways of reforming the scientific & technical and innovative spheres in Ukraine are grounded.
