Mortgage crisis in Ukraine as economy problems indicator

Abstract

The paper defines the notion «mortgage crisis», classifies such crises, names their grounds. Causes of home mortgage crisis are analyzed, the urgent problems of home economy are detected. The authors have proposed a method of economy-and-law standardizing in social and economy relations. It would form the trust and responsibility relations in Ukraine, help the government and people to assess the results of economy players actions and to influence them.
