Economic breakthrough: progress for the sake of welfare

Abstract

Expediency of economic breakthrough on innovation basis as a means of state competitiveness provision is substantiated in the article. The necessary conditions of economic growth are determined. It’s stated that economic transformations should be conducted together with social problem solving providing for population welfare improvement with reference to experience of developed countries.
