How will Ukraine grow to steady development?

Abstract

The necessity to orient on steady development, ways, methods and means how to achieve it is substantiated. It’s stressed that the basis of this economics state is postindustrial society with its transfer into information society and its top form — knowledge society. It’s highlighted that intellectual capital that is a part of human capital will be economics basis.
