Europe on the verge of new frame program of scientific research (2007—2013)

Abstract

Considering the importance of participation in the international cooperation the article reveals the main topic of the new, the seventh, Frame Program of the European Union on research, technical development and demonstration activity during 2007—2013 (FP 7). The authors discuss an opportunity and advantages of Ukrainian scientist participation this program.
