Realities of civilization development — the problem of identification

Abstract

The review of civilization change problems from the point of view of postneoclassic science is continued in the article. The main emphasis is put on necessity of identification tools and realization of such changes as steady development or making sense. It’s demonstrated that these tolls should be the corresponding theoretical model and its working model «thinking of unthinkable».
