Abstract

September 3, 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the renowned economist, diplomat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine (1999), Honored Science and Technology Figure of Ukraine (1997), Doctor of Economics (1983), Professor (1991), Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1997) Yevhen R. Bersheda. With the kind permission of Mr. Bersheda, the editorial board of the journal “Visnyk of the NAS of Ukraine” publishes an excerpt from his memoirs.
