Information technologies of digital signal processing: new approaches and implementation trends

Abstract

The most important methods of stochastic signal analysis which are the matter of the new information technology are described. The parameters of signal extrema are used for the analysis that allows to obtain not only ultra-high rate of digital processing of data arrays but also unique method properties. As a result the possibility for solving of some ultimate problems which cannot be solved with existing methods is achieved.
