Abstract

An idea to create the Ecological Constitution of Earth is based on scientific analysis of modern global ecological-economical problems that concern all countries of the world. Its implementation should become a tool for solving these problems, a way to coordinate the mode of material welfare production and laws of nature. The science should do its best to persuade national governments and transnational corporations to change their attitude to life environment and its resources as soon as possible.perception and forecast — a lack of tough determinism in people mental states and presence of free will.
