Modern approaches to classification of biotic objects
Abstract
The overall meaning and role of classification in natural sciences is considered as well as historical periods of its development and constituent operations, their analysis is presented. The authors underline the necessity of creation of polyethic systemic and logical classifications that depict multidimensionality and variability of characteristics requiring application of multivariant statistics methods (factorial, cluster, discriminant, ordinate analysis). Application of some classification operations based on different objects is presented.
