Нова щирість: полімодельність наукової комунікації

У статті розглянуто деякі аспекти, пов’язані з впровадженням принципів відкритої науки в різних країнах, та проблемні питання, які постають перед суспільством, зокрема перед науковою спільнотою, у процесі переходу до відкритого доступу залежно від рівня економічного розвитку країни. Увагу приділено також тому, як зміна культурної парадигми може вплинути на наукову комунікацію й оприлюднення результатів наукових досліджень, які досі в усьому світі були підпорядковані вимогам щодо оцінювання ефективності наукової праці за допомогою бібліометричних показників. Нині стають очевидними хиби такого підходу, насамперед ігнорування творчої складової наукової праці і наявність інших, крім публікації статей, цілей наукової діяльності.
