Abstract

January 10 marks the 90^th anniversary of the well-known scientist in the field of aerospace research of the Earth, hydrophysics, hydrooptics, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology (2005), Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine (2007), Head of the Department of Systems Analysis of the Scientific Center for Aerospace Research of the Earth of the Institute of Geological Sciences of the NAS of Ukraine, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1978), Professor (1991), Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine (1982) Oleksandr D. Fedorovsky.
