Abstract

June 9, 2020 marks the 70^th anniversary of the famous Ukrainian scientist in the field of physics, materials science and nanotechnology for biomedicine, famous public and political figure, two-time winner of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology (1992, 2000), Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine (2008), laureate of the Trefilov Prize of NAS of Ukraine (2010), Director General of the Scientific and Technological Complex Institute of Single Crystals of the NAS of Ukraine, Head of the Northeastern Scientific Center of the NAS of Ukraine and MES of Ukraine, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1984), Professor (1988), Academician of the NAS of Ukraine (1992) V.P. Semynozhenko.
