The report presents the most important results of fundamental and applied research conducted at the V.I. Vernadsky Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the NAS of Ukraine, which are aimed at creating functional materials, in particular, high-quality ultrahigh-frequency dielectrics, ferroelectric semiconductors, microwave ferrites, and ionic conductors. On their basis, various elements for use in modern electronic devices, specialized heating devices and solid-state batteries are developed.
