On the post-war revival of Ukraine

Abstract

The report presents the vision of the post-war revival of Ukraine prepared by the Department of Economics of the NAS of Ukraine, which envisages the formation of a modern democratic society with a risk-resistant, people-centered economy. Recovery and post-war development programs for Ukraine should be based on a clear vision of its own future and focused primarily on national interests. The basis for the post-war revival of Ukraine should be a new social contract aimed at the maximally fair distribution of economic growth results, reduction of population inequality and poverty, achievement of Eastern European quality of life parameters.
