Abstract

February 12, 2020 marks the 70^th anniversary of the outstanding scientist-economist, demographer, talented organizer of science, brilliant teacher, Honored Economist of Ukraine (2002), laureate of the Tugan-Baranovsky Prize of the NAS of Ukraine (2011), Director of the Ptoukha Institute of Demography and Social Studies of the NAS of Ukraine (since 2007), Academician-Secretary of the Department of Economics of the NAS of Ukraine (since 2009), Doctor of Economics (1992), Professor (2000), Academician of the NAS of Ukraine (2009) E.M. Libanova.
