On the conceptual principles of publishing activity in NAS of Ukraine

Abstract

The report examines some topical issues of publishing activity in NAS of Ukraine, as well as issues related to centralized support of publishing. It is emphasized that the further development of the Academy's publishing activity should have a clear strategy for the effective directing of efforts and resources for improving the quality of publishing products and for admitting the NAS periodicals to the ranked international databases. It is stated that this strategy should be based primarily on new current approaches to the support and development of the Academy's scientific journals.
