Abstract

In order to improve the system of remuneration in scientific institutions of the NAS of Ukraine, the existing organization of their wages is analyzed and the experience of remuneration of scientists abroad is analyzed. On this basis, possible ways to improve and reform the system of remuneration of employees of scientific institutions of the NAS of Ukraine are proposed.
