Abstract

March 15, 2019 marks the 90^th anniversary of the prominent Ukrainian scientist in the field of cybernetics, whose fundamental works on the theory of dynamical processes management and the construction of automatic regulation systems have gained widespread international recognition, Honored Scientist and Technician of Ukraine (1999), winner of three State Prizes of Ukraine in the Field of Science and Technology (1978, 1991, 2000), several nominal awards of NAS of Ukraine, Academician of NAS of Ukraine V.M. Kuntsevich.
