The formation of the academic humanities

Abstract

The article is devoted to the 100^th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and discusses the formation and development of academic humanities. The authors emphasize, in particular, the main stages of formation at the institutions of the Academy of Literary Studies, Linguistics, Art Studies, Folklore Studies and Ethnology.
