Abstract

June 20 marks the 75th anniversary of a known in Ukraine and abroad scientist in the field of demography, methodology of strategic analysis and economic development, national security, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology (2002), honored worker of science and technology of Ukraine (2003), laureate of M.I. Tugan-Baranovsky Prize of the NAS of Ukraine (1996), vice-president of the NAS of Ukraine, head of the Section of Social Sciences and Humanities of the NAS of Ukraine, doctor of economics, professor, academician of the NAS of Ukraine Serhii I. Pyrozhkov.
