Abstract

July 14, 2018 marks the 80^th anniversary of a well-known Ukrainian scientist in the field of electronics and atomic collisions, one of the founders of the physical school of atomic physics in Ukraine, Honorary Director and Advisor under the direction of the Institute of Electronic Physics of NAS of Ukraine, Honored Scientist of Ukraine (1994), laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the Field of Science and Technology (1995) and the I.P. Pylui Prize of NAS of Ukraine (2003), Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Academician of NAS of Ukraine O.B. Shpenik.
