May 7 marks the 80^th anniversary of well-known scientist in the field of radiophysics and radioastronomy, laureate of the State Prize of the Ukrainian SSR in the field of science and technology (1987), Honored Scientist and Technician of Ukraine (1987), laureate of S.Ya. Braude prize of NAS of Ukraine (2008), Honorary Director of the Radioastronomy Institute of NAS of Ukraine, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, professor, Academician of NAS of Ukraine L.M. Litvinenko.
