May 10 marks 70^th anniversary and 50 years of scientific activity of outstanding botanist-ecologist, author of fundamental works, which are of paramount importance in the ecology of phytosystems, phytocenology, phytogeography, flora, phytososology, Honored Scientist and Technician of Ukraine, winner of State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology (2013) and M.G. Kholodny prize of NAS of Ukraine (1994), Head of the Department of Geobotany and Ecology of M.G.
