The implementation of target scientific complex program of NAS of Ukraine for 2014-2017 was very important and indispensable for the development of national and even worldwide low-frequency radio astronomy. Currently this science is rapidly progressing in the world, including the creation of new radio telescopes. But our country remains a world leader. Largest decameter wave radio telescopes UTR-2 and URAN not only fundamentally improved their means and methods of observation, but also significantly expanded their capabilities and operating frequency range with the creation of an additional antenna GURT of the new generation. It is proved that the implementation of coordinated multi-antenna observations in international studies using the most sensitive Ukrainian radio telescopes and foreign ground-based instruments as well as space missions allows obtaining a lot of priority results in the study of objects in the Universe.
