September 15 marks the 70^th anniversary of the leading Ukrainian scientist in the field of quantum electrodynamics and physics of interaction of large particles with matter, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the Field of Science and Technology, the Director General of the National Science Center “Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology”, Academician-Secretary of the Department of Nuclear Physics of NAS of Ukraine, academician M.F. Shulga.
