Basic economic, social and technological prerequisites of hybrid war in Ukraine are considered. A comparative analysis of the resource potential of some of the most influential countries on the situation in Ukraine are considered, as well as the hybrid war strategies, their consequences and the basis of the national strategy for overcoming the crisis.
