Principle of justice as the basis of transformation of economic and legal system of the state

Abstract

The current status of the economic and legal system of Ukraine is considered, and significant role in its transformation of the principle of justice is noted. The presence of legal preconditions for establishing the principle of justice in the economic system of the state is found. However, the low level of its actual implementation should be noted. The problem of the principle of justice in the tax policy of the state and the banking sector is highlighted. The possible ways of improvement of legislation of Ukraine in order to create conditions for strengthening the principle of justice in economic and legal system are suggested.
