Abstract

The report substantiates the need for new approaches to the understanding of modern ethno-cultural phenomena and trends, improving efficiency of research of ethnic factors of social identities in order to harmonize interethnic relations and social life, developing appropriate national ethnic policy that would integrate social capital migration flows from Ukraine, through the Ukraine, and to Ukraine into an important part of developing the future civilization model of our country and, therefore, initiating a completely new scientific direction — ethnoglobalistics.
