Abstract

The problem of transfer of remote sensing methods and technologies into the real sector of economy and defense is discussed. Examples of using remote sensing methods and techniques for solving such topical tasks as ecosystem sustainability, disaster resilience, sustainable urban development and many others are considered. The problem of creating dual-use remote sensing technologies is discussed. Ways of further development of remote aerospace research in Ukraine are formulated.
