Abstract

The report is devoted to the topic of implementation of the judicial reform in Ukraine today, outlines a wide range of issues related to the reform of the judiciary power in the context of its approximation to European standards. Special attention is paid to the Koretsky Institute of State and Law of NAS of Ukraine regarding the scientific substantiation of the reform of the judiciary power in Ukraine today. The report is discussed by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Candidate of Juridical Sciences Ya.M. Romaniuk, foreign member of NAS of Ukraine, Professor of Dickinson Law School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA) William Butler, Rector of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University Academicians of NAS of Ukraine V.Ya.
