Current state and prospects of pension system in Ukraine

Abstract

Research in the sphere of Ukrainian pension system is an important element of the welfare research as a whole. Being an integral part of the economy, pension system is subject to both positive and negative trends. Legislative changes in the field of special pension are currently observed, an introduction of a funded pension system is noted. The existing problems of pension legislation and its application by the courts are examined.
