The report analyzes, based on linguistic biographies, the changes in linguistic behavior of young people during the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war. The socio-psychological reasons for the transition or non-transition of young people from Russian to Ukrainian are considered. The results of the study show that Ukrainian youth began to abandon everything related to Russia, including the language due to a clear perception of the Russian as the language of the enemy. The differences between the changes in the linguistic behavior of young people after the onset of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2014 and after the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022 are outlined.
