Use of space in the plane of social change in Ukraine

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of rational use of space resources from the standpoint of modern requirements of social and economic relations that are currently forming in Ukraine. The focus is made on methodological issues related to the process of emerging civil society and the creation of corresponding prerequisites for self-organization of the living habitat, especially urban areas.
