On October 15, 2015 in Odessa at the Southern Scientific Center of NAS of Ukraine and MES of Ukraine the inaugural meeting of the Interagency Coordinating Council of the Presidium of NAS of Ukraine on marine research and improving training, retraining and advanced training of scientific personnel in the field of marine sciences took place.
