Abstract

September 3, 2015 marks the 70^th anniversary of famous Ukrainian diplomat, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in 1998–2000, Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor, Corresponding Member of NAS of Ukraine E.R. Bersheda. About his life, academic and diplomatic career, as well as the phenomenon of Ukrainian scientist in the diplomatic service we talked with E.R. Bersheda during the interview.
