Abstract

The monograph is devoted to the general links of carcinogenesis redox-dependant mechanisms of carcinogenesis. For the first time it is proven that superoxide radical anions initiate the processes of proliferation and metastasis, providing migration, extravasation of tumor cells and the growth of micrometastases. The developed on this basis new technologies for restoring the redox state of cells can contribute to optimizing preventive maintenance and regulation of cancer.
