Problems of high chlorine coal in Ukraine

Abstract

Based on the analysis of modern technological processes of coal cleaning/washering the ways to solve the issues of industry usage of high chlorine coal in energy sector of Ukraine have been proposed. Accounting for the up-to-date developments in the above field, it is considered that proposed approach is the best economically feasible one compared to other technologies on coal handling, cleaning and production of proper coal product.
