Abstract

The report is dedicated to discussing the activities and initiatives of the V. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the NAS of Ukraine, aimed at creating a scientific-technological and educational complex in order to restore the semiconductor microelectronics industry in Ukraine, provide conditions for the organization of critical microelectronic products manufacturing for industrial enterprises of Ukraine and training specialists in this field.
