Models and Methods for the Functioning of a Competitive Electricity Market in Ukraine

Abstract

The article describes the results of research of the role models development of the competitive market of electricity of Ukraine, the methods of competitive selection of electricity generators and suppliers, the balance optimization of active power on the balancing electricity market, the methods for determining of power losses for maintaining the state of readiness for providing the ancillary services for frequency and voltage control in the power system of Ukraine.
