The report contains some results of investigations in ethics of social science. By means of the discourse ethics approach, the author shows the problematical character of the thesis of ethical neutrality of social sciences, explains the ontological peculiarity of their subject and the specificity of ethical situation in which social scientists do research, and proposes an imperative of social scientist.
