Abstract

New Framework Programme of scientific and technical cooperation of the countries — members of EU will start from January 2014. Significant simplification of the project submission process will promote increasing of number of new Programme participants. Special attention in it is paid to European industrial leadership (special financing about 80 billion euros). Sums of project financing in several priority areas of the Programme are presented. The basic rules of participation in the projects of Programme are explained. Perspectives of Ukrainian research organizations participation in the «Horizon 2020» are discussed.
