Abstract

The article is devoted to the study on economic and legal problems of stimulating the development of alternative energy in Ukraine. The directions of the legal impact on the development of alternative energy in Ukraine are determined. The object of investigation is legal relationship established between the subjects of management and authorities of state power and enterprises in the realization of stimulating the development of alternative energy. The main methods of the research are formal and logical, logical and legal, system legal, and comparative legal. The analysis of legal support of direct and indirect forms of targeted financing of scientific research in the field of alternative energy has been carried out. Shortcomings in the existing order of tax benefits provided for developers of energy-efficient projects and entities that intend to implementation of the said developments in economic activity have been identified and the directions of eliminating these deficiencies are suggested.
