Abstract

The features of transformations in technology structure of industrial producing in Ukraine are detected concerning the position of system analysis of innovation, knowledge, investment factors of its effective growth assisting. The recommendations about economy prerequisites, regulation leverages, prospects of structural transformations in Ukrainian industry realization are given.
