Social and politic alternatives of revolution period

Abstract

The article analyzes the historical state-building experience in rough years of Ukrainian nation-liberating struggle. The invariant possibilities of different social and political alternatives realization are viewed. None of political-and-law national sovereignty models had won at that time. Nevertheless, authors believe, modern political elite is to make for itself a good lesson from that epoch of combat for an united independent Ukrainian state creation. This elite should give to society a knitting national idea. And social and politic regime in Ukrainian People Republic based on democracy, total parity as to law, civil rights and liberties may become a proper landmark in state policy designing and practicing.
