Abstract

On the ground of many years researches of post-Chornobyl radiational pollution impact on human organism, the induced pathomorphosis (changed run) of diseases in suffered categories was called a main medicine and biology effect of great-scale radiation catastrophe. Its finding needs using in diagnostic, curing, expert processes the morphology methods. That optimizes curing and prophylaxy, helps to avoid numerous speculations. The essence of pathomorphosis is in clinic symptomatics changes caused (according to pathomorphology studies) by transformation of diseases topography, infections, and inflammation kinetics as well as by local regulation and texture regeneration breach and also by involution and sclerosis intensification. Displays of pathomorphosis are proved to be fast symptoms set having a common pathogenesis and specific structure base. It means they are in line with notion characteristics of syndrome. On the ground of that data, the system of pathomorphology diagnostics suitable (with restrictions) for verification of other technology caused effects is created.
