Radiobiology escort of oncology diseases neutron therapy

Abstract

The authors analyze the results of their cytogenetics researches, determine the quantity of relative biology efficacy (RBE), the peroxidase blood activity at experimental animals and oncology-sick people in the dynamics of quick neutrons irradiation (Еaverage = 6 МеV) according to chemiluminescence dynamic indices on medical and bio logy complex of cyclotron U-120. They also show dosi metry properties (the distribution of absorbed doses within irradiation field and on its bounds, the loss of irradiation dose power in the air and tissue equivalented phantom). The scholars believe that neutron therapy success depends strongly on proper account of neutron bundle RBE.
