The authors express their disturbance about the activization of underwater deposits exploitation in Azov and Black seas region where ecology danger level in the case of probable disasters is extremely high in comparison to open water areas of World ocean. Specialists consider the plans of Ukrainian energy problems solution by the virtue of industrial working of Black sea shelf to be merely incautious. Those precautions are argumented with tragic lessons of largescale ecology catastrophes whose consequences have taken huge financial outcomes for the elimination. The conclusion contains the file of recommendations how to amend ecology situation in Azov and Black seas basin. The alternative way for social and economy development of area by its biology resources and recreation potential usage is proposed.
