Role of Surroundings in Social Capital Forming

Abstract

The essence and functions of social capital and surroundings where it is formed are viewed in the article. The economy aspects in its establishment are showed up, its importance in the conditions of economy reforming, globalization and civic society creation is proved. The author accentuates the particularities of social capital forming in social sphere functionning context; pays great attention to major problems intrinsic to social surroundings and to the way of their overcoming clearing.
